She has been recognized alongside her cohort for the work they accomplished within the collaborative, receiving “The Edison Award” for their work in developing and coaching teams across the organization. This huge lightbulb represents GREAT ideas in action! Rhonda joined the Think GREAT team in October 2020 – the year of Covid-19 – when Social Distancing presented a new opportunity! As a longtime supporter and alumni of Think GREAT, Rhonda brings her unwavering passion for mission-focused organization, coaching, and leadership to the team. When asked what she likes about Think GREAT, Rhonda replied with, “The Team and their materials – the team is truly dynamic and their materials really work.” Rhonda’s personal mission statement is BELIEVE-CREATE-ACHIEVE. • Are you eating what you're serving up?
A bit of a cooking analogy for those training & developing their new hires. Are you just running for the buffet grabbing what you can or do you have a set course for serving up GREATNESS? Today was a Great first team meeting! Wow! did I feel welcomed, supported and part of the team. I was given strategies to help take first step, a plan, goals were set together and a course charted.
This TEAM truly reflects their mission, their values and together eats the same great course....and the common denominator is that we've all been developed as Leaders!
    ummm...Gotta love it.

  • Great Leaders Inspire - it's helpful to keep those leadership conversations going! are you connecting with other GREAT Leaders?

While on a monthly call with a Think GREAT alumni today - like past monthly calls that include discussion on Leadership, sharing ideas and offering encouragement to one another. We discussed the importance of Personal Development - not just for our selves, but for those individuals on the team and what a difference it makes. How intentionally moving forward to focus on your passion "wheelhouse" - understanding what inspires you, understanding what inspires your team is a great start and finish in helping others find their place in the world of work. knowing, developing your people will help them succeed and flourish in their role.

How are you using your Leadership language in helping others grow.

Today, I want to highlight a GREAT Leader; Nancy Kragness, training and development. She is making an impact and they are seeing the numbers grow! because they invest in people grow!

Thank you for the inspiration Nancy - looking forward to our next call.

  • Transitioning to a GREAT new norm!

While listening to today's Think GREAT webinar - Part I - Enhance Perceptions. One powerful moment for me was when Erik shared some thoughts on perceptions and how real they truly are. How each of us have a different idea or perception of what leadership may be and how important communication is to understand one another perception, and to begin to shape a common language and understanding of what Leadership means to us; within our organizations (our teams, our families).

It left me thinking of my own perceptions of leadership and those that have encouraged and guided me over the years in my own Leadership Journey! I am truly grateful. even through the times of course correcting; i'm a better leader for it.

Like many of you, just thinking about the next 90 days and transitioning back during these challenging times have left me with questions regarding my own next steps (new Goals). What a GREAT reminder that we can be assured that there are two things "we can" Control; especially in a world that seems to be out of control...Our thoughts, Our actions.

Like the thoughts and actions of many GREAT leaders before us - I'm looking to those that exemplified Courage, Justice, Judgement, Decisiveness, Integrity, Bearing, Loyalty and endurance.

There is a bright future waiting for us!

Today, I choose to lead. Today i'm starting my next 90 day journey - Transitioning back to a GREAT new normal.

    Thanks for the encouragement Erik!
